Who we are
Marea Estates SL is an estate agency registered in Girona, Spain, with its office at Carrer de la Font 4, 17255 Begur. We are the controller of the personal data you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you book a viewing, request a valuation, send a message or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us about the home you want to buy or sell.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange viewings, prepare valuations and, if you subscribed, send one email a month. We never sell your data and we share it only with the agent handling your enquiry and, when a sale proceeds, with the notary and lawyers involved.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years after our last contact. Records linked to a completed sale are kept for as long as Spanish law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@marea.estate. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
