Residential Projects

In addition to the firms work for private clients, Asprea Studio provides bespoke interior design for commercial spaces: hospitality, luxury condominium and multifamily developments, and Class A offices across New York and Florida. Karen Asprea began her career in 2006 and founded the studio in 2018. Across two decades she has designed just north of 7.5 million square feet of residential developments, along with 500,000 square feet of commercial office space. The approach draws on nature and centers on wellness, working in layered, tonal palettes and materials chosen to age rather than date.
